Oak coffin with lead plate: The exterior of the oak coffin is made of high-quality oak, which has a unique position in Western countries, but it itself does not have anti-corrosion effects. The real key to anti-corrosion lies in the layer of lead plate inside the coffin. When the lead plate encounters air, it will oxidize, thereby isolating the air inside the coffin. Due to the fact that microorganisms and bacteria in the air are the main factors causing the decay and odor of corpses, after the air is isolated, microorganisms and bacteria cannot reproduce and decompose the corpses, greatly reducing the speed and degree of corpse decay.

Structure and Process

Box structure: Coffins in Europe and America are generally of the same height from front to back, with a horizontal lid and bottom resembling a box shape. This structure is relatively simple and easy to manufacture and transport. In terms of production technology, some coffins have separate lids that need to be cut in the middle during production. A steel plate is welded to the gap, and then the weld seam is polished smooth using a grinding machine. All components need to be painted, with colored powder evenly sprayed onto the surface of these components, baked for about 20 minutes, and then allowed to cool before continuing with subsequent work.

Sealing design: In order to ensure long-term preservation of the body, the sealing of the coffin is crucial. During the production process, hot melt adhesive is applied around the coffin and then immersed in a sink to check for water leakage. If there is no water leakage, the main body of the coffin is considered complete. In addition, a rubber gasket for sealing will be fixed around the coffin, and the hinges of the coffin lid will be connected to ensure a good sealing effect.
