1.What’s the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

 The MOQ is at least one container. A 20GP container can hold 24 pcs caskets or 60 pcs coffins. A 40 HQ container can holds 64 pcs caskets or 140 pcs coffins.

2.Can the casket and coffin be mixed loading?

Yes, if you want, you can purchase casket and coffin at the same time. But the detailed quantity need to calculate further.

3.How many styles can we choose for one container?

Usually, at most 3-4 styles for one container.

4.Can we change the colors?

Yes, colors can be customized.

5.Can wood species be customized as requested?

Yes, customized materials are available. various kinds of wood species are at your choice: pine, poplar, oak, paulownia, cherry, walnut, ash, mahogany and wood veneer. Just tell us your request when you place the order.

6. Can Metal caskets be mixed with wood casket ?

Yes, it is possible, but not encouraged.

7. Can we use our own design for coffins or caskets ?

Yes, your own design are greatly welcomed. Just send us the drawings or the pictures.

8.Which kind of price terms you used?

Our products are usually under FOB price. Also we accept CIF, CFR and DDU.

9.Which kind of payment terms you do?

We usually do T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment.

10.What’s the estimated time to delivery the goods?

Usually 40-50days. That depends on the whole production status of our factory.
