Drying treatment: Natural drying involves sorting and stacking wood in a well ventilated area, leaving gaps in the middle to ensure air circulation.  

Component production coffin body splicing mortise and tenon splicing: The cut boards are spliced into the coffin body to ensure precise size and tight splicing. Edge polishing: Use sandpaper to polish the edges of the coffin body to make it smooth and rounded, avoiding scratches. Coffin Cover and Coffin Bottom Making Coffin Cover: Curved design to increase aesthetics. Coffin bottom: flat and firm, ensuring it can withstand the weight of the coffin and the body.

 Fine polishing to remove surface burrs and defects, ensuring flatness. Fine sandpaper polishing: further refine the surface, enhance hand feel and glossiness. Quality inspection checks whether the surface of the coffin is smooth and seamless, ensuring compliance with design requirements.  

Enhance the adhesion of the coffin surface to prepare for subsequent painting. Baking and curing: Push the coffin into the oven and bake for 1 hour to ensure that the primer is dry. Color scheme of topcoat painting.

Quality acceptance and preservation quality inspection check whether the coffin structure is stable, whether the paint surface is smooth, and whether the decoration is complete. Storage requirements: Store in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding exposure to rain and moisture. Can be coated with tung oil or primer to extend the service life of coffins.
