The Production Process

Once the prototype is approved, the production process begins. The first step is selecting the granite block, which is done based on its color, texture, and durability. Using advanced machinery, the block is then cut and shaped into the desired form, with every detail precisely executed. The inscription and decorative elements are then carved into the stone, using a combination of hand tools and CNC machines. This stage requires extreme precision and care, as every cut and carve must be perfect.

After the carving is complete, the tombstone undergoes a rigorous quality check. Our experts inspect every inch of the stone, looking for any imperfections or flaws. If any issues are found, they are corrected immediately, ensuring that the final product is flawless.
